EN 16001 Energy Management System
Businesses which are wasting energy are causing avoidable pollution, primarily through
increased carbon emissions, which contributes to both climate change and problems
associated with dwindling fuel reserves. Wasting energy also reduces profitability.
Efficient energy management requires the identification of where energy is used,
where it is wasted and where energy saving measures will have most effect. |
